Last months Feast Magazine featured a new recipe from Chef Casey Vires in her monthly column, Tech School. Photographing her column is one of the things I most love. For January, it was all about jams. Cassy focused on bacon jam, but really, the concept could be applied to many different kinds of jams. (We also had a delightful onion jam she had made on hand.) I highly recommend you try this at home. It is a perfect way to start a Sunday morning with your coffee and paper.
